What Happens In The Event Of Wrong Product/Missing Product?
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us.
We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.
1. In the event that the product you've received is unsatisfactory in any way you perceive, we will require photo proof of the product and your D.O (Delivery Order) as well and you may be required to send us back the product for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send a product to you at no cost, subject to availability.
2. In the event that you receive an expired product, we will require clear photo proof of the product and its expiry date for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send a product to you at no cost, subject to availability.
3. In the event that you've received the wrong product, we will require photo proof of the wrongly sent product and D.O (Delivery Order) and after reviewing, we'll re-send the correct product to you at no cost, subject to availability.
How Do I Make Payments Using Paypal?
Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. What Are The Payment Methods Available?
At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.
Where are you located?
We are currently in Almagor, an agricultural establishment in northern Israel. We are just above Kinneret near the Sea of Galilee, with a great view of and easy access to the Jordan River.
Can I come to you?
Sure you can! We love building personal connections whenever we have the opportunity to meet our customers personally!
Do you have a physical store?
Yes. The physical store is in our house. Our Aromatherapy and Herbal Remedies are also sold by partners and promoters, spread throughout Israel from the Hula Valley to Eilat. These approved partners provide both the products and knowledge about them in their local communities.
Do you ever go to the center of Israel?
We travel to Tel Aviv about once a month. We can also meet you by appointment. When we come, we bring our products and coordinate a meeting in the city.
How do you send the products?
We ship our products to Israel through UPS, Times, and Ace delivery. We send them to central collections point for NIS 21 or NIS 42. The shipment arrives within 48 hours.
Shipments abroad are usually sent by Israel Post and arrive with International Air Mail Shipping: USA - 5-10 days | EU: 5-10 days | Australia: 10-15 days
