Order processing Every order is handmade and carefully packed. Orders ship within 1–3 business days; you'll receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched.

Within Israel Shipped via Israel Post. Estimated delivery 3-7 business days after dispatch. Free Shipping over ₪400.

International Shipped worldwide via Israel Post EcoPost (tracked economy service). Estimated delivery 5–7 business days to most destinations (10–12 business days to Australia, New Zealand, and Taiwan). Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Customs & duties International orders may incur import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Botanical products Some plant-based items face import restrictions in certain countries. Customers are responsible for checking local regulations before ordering; we are not liable for items held or seized by customs.
