Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Your right to cancel Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. We may deduct a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the order value or ₪100, whichever is lower.

Items we can't accept back Because many of our goods are natural, handmade, or consumable, the following can't be returned once opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons:

• Botanicals, incense, resins, oils, and sprays
• Rapé and applicators
• Custom or made-to-order pieces
• Gift cards

This does not affect your rights regarding items that arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email wildmatter1@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — including return shipping — at no cost to you.

How to start a return Email wildmatter1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us.

Return shipping For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. For damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. We recommend a tracked service — we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Sale items Sale and discounted items can be refunded only if they arrive damaged or faulty.
